1960's Themed Wedding- Part One- The Pre-Party Toast

This 1960’s themed wedding weekend at Hawkesdene took the cake with its inspiration, connection, and lots of dress-up fun for all. Doug and Stephen brought in full-sized standouts of Audrey Hepburn and JFK; perfect for buddy photos. Tiny cards placed throughout the venue inspired conversations and real connections- there was even a tiny card and stand in the bathroom. Art was everywhere. Our couple decided to get ready together, and we couldn’t have been more happy with that decision. It was a sweet time for them to slow down and take in all that was about to happen. It was quite exciting- a crowd built up outside as everyone got excited for the big reveal. Colors and dresses started spinning. It was perfect timing for a pre-wedding toast with best friends. This led to a fashion show full of laughter and loud cheering. We end this blog post with this precious group of best friends, gathered together, ready for a wedding. What a beginning so far… and the party hasn’t even officially begun. Stay tuned!
