An Intimate Wedding at Hightower Creek Vineyards

Hightower Creek Vineyards offered this couple exactly what they needed; proximity to their cabin, event space, and a beautiful setting. This small town vineyard was so accommodating. They served their wine at the reception, provided a beautiful location for the ceremony surrounded by tall trees, vines and a pond. The owner was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed; pretty much everything you look for in a venue.

My favorite three photos of the day: The bride’s hand, helped by her mother’s while they have a quiet moment remembering a sister (heart tattoo), lost too early. The girls’ reaction when they first saw their best friend come out in her wedding dress. The beautiful first look down by the creek in a canopy of Rhododendron.

Let me take a moment and tell you about the reception buffet. Monte Alban is a little, local Mexican restaurant that catered and, let me tell you, the spread was incredible- and plentiful. I said it once and I will say it again, this was the best meal at a reception that I have had in a long time. I highly recommend bringing this little jewel of a restaurant in Hiawassee, GA to your next event.
