Samantha and Drew incorporated flowers everywhere, in everything. From the flowers in Sam’s hair to the wedding pup’s collar, to the flower girls and their baskets and headpieces. If I could say anything about this day- it would be that the flowers pulled an incredibly beautiful bride and gorgeous groom together and made the day poetically sublime. We loved the table chart flowers, the cake flowers, flower crowns, the bouquets and the reception accents at Nantahala Weddings and Events. We used our favorite color film Kodak Portra 400 for much of the shoot which really helped the colors pop. Bravo for color (and bravo for holding that massive bouquet all day)!
Venue: Nantahala Weddings and Events- located in Topton, North Carolina. We also traveled to Wayah Bald Lookout Tower, which is on the Appalachian Trail and about a half hour from the venue. Jody and Jess are a mother/daughter team and they are amazing.
Flowers: Great Blue Farms- Jodie is incredible. One of the most talented florists that I know. Book her early because she books up! Tell her we sent you.
